ARTICLE XVII    TRANSFERS

An employee temporarily transferred by management to a higher rated job in the same Division for one (l) day or more shall receive the higher rate of pay from the time of his/her transfer. An employee temporarily transferred to a lower rated job (if for the convenience of U.R.E.O.O., but not in case of reduction in force of the classification) shall maintain his/her regular rate of pay.
